RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges is as follows:

We can initiate a return or exchange request only if the product you received is damaged, broken, or completely different from what you ordered (e.g., missing parts, cuts, burns). Please note that minor variations in color and patches (up to 10% to 15%) may occur due to variations in screen resolutions, and they will not be accepted as grounds for a return.

Regarding size, a tolerance of 0.50 inch+/- will be considered within acceptable limits and will not be considered as a wrong size delivered.

To initiate an exchange request, please follow these steps:

Step 1: It is mandatory to shoot a video clip of the unboxing of your order.

Step 2: Take a picture of the shipping label.

Step 3: Capture a photo of the product you received.

Step 4: Send the video clip, picture of the shipping label, and product photo to us via WhatsApp at +91 8460508485.

For exchanges, the reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-3 days after the request is placed. Please note that a reverse pick-up fee of ₹200 will be charged.
and please note that in exchange we can provide only avilable size or product if the product is out of stock then customer have to chose another product which is in stock.

For returns and refunds, you will need to self-ship the product to the address provided. It typically takes 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse, where it will undergo a quality check. Once the product passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund for the return or process the exchange request within 72 hours. Please be aware that a handling fee of ₹250 will be charged for returns, and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Please take note that in some pincodes, reverse pick-up services may not be available. In such cases, the customer will need to self-ship the product.

To make a return or exchange, you must request it within 7 days from the date of product delivery. In the case of a return, you will be responsible for arranging the reverse pick-up of the product. If you have any queries, you can also contact us at support@vestirio.com.

For exchanges, please be aware that the product can only be exchanged for a different size and cannot be exchanged for a different product from Vestirio. Additionally, the returned or exchanged product should be in the same condition as it was sent, including all tags. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product tags are removed or missing. Please note that a handling fee of ₹250 will be charged for each returned product.

Please note that orders placed during festival season sales or using a discount code of more than 10% are not eligible for a full refund.

REFUNDS FOR PREPAID ORDERS

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed based on the mode of payment used for the order. The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days once the refund is initiated. If there are any delays, please contact your respective bank.

REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY

Once the product reaches our facility and passes the quality check, a refund will be initiated within 24 hours. You will need to provide us with your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. We will refund the amount to your account via NEFT, IMPS, or UPI ID within 2 to 5 days.
