We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience. You can make payments on our website using India issued debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and RuPay. We also accept payments through net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD). However, we do not accept orders or payment information over the phone, through mobile wallets, or Card on Delivery.

 

Here are some important details regarding payments:

 

When you place an order, debit and credit cards are charged immediately.

Cards issued outside India cannot be used for payments on vestirio.com.

For Cash on Delivery payments, we only accept valid currency notes. Please note that we do not offer Card on Delivery as a payment option.

CASH ON DELIVERY

 

We offer the option to pay for your Vestirio orders using Cash on Delivery (COD). To sign in or register on Vestirio, please visit vestirio.com. Please note that there is an additional charge of Rs. 60 for COD orders, which will be included in your invoice. When your order is delivered, you should pay only the amount specified on the invoice to the shipping partner. We accept all valid currency notes as payment for Cash on Delivery orders.

In the unlikely event that you notice any unauthorized charges on your credit/debit card or bank account as a result of shopping with Vestirio, we recommend immediately contacting your credit card provider or bank in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

 

It's important to note that Vestirio® will never ask you to confirm any account or credit card details via email unless it pertains to refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If you receive an email claiming to be from Vestirio® and requesting such information, please refrain from responding and contact our Customer Care team immediately for further assistance.
