Return & Exchange Policy

REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

A request for a return or exchange will be initiated only if the product received is damaged or broken or a completely different product. (CUT, BURN, MISSING ANY PARTS) The colors and patches of the product may be slightly different (10% to 15%) from the photo because of various screen resolutions on every screen. So it will not be accepted as a return.

To initiate your exchange request please follow the below steps.

Step.1: Please shoot a video clip of the unboxing of your order.               (compulsory)

Step.2: Take a picture of the shipping label. 

Step.3: Take a photo of a product that you receive.

Step.4: Send it to us on WhatsApp. (+91 8460508485)

For exchange, the reverse pick-up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. And please note that a reverse pick-up fee of ₹180 will be charged. 

In return and refund, the product will be self-ship by you to the address we provide. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Please note that a handling fee of ₹200 will be charged for returns. COD charges are not refundable.

 *PLEASE NOTE THAT AT SOME PINCODE REVERSE PICK-UP SERVICE ARE NOT AVILABEL IN THAT CASE CUSTOMER HAVE TO SELF SHIP THE PRODUCT.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You can request a return or exchange of the product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. Reverse pick-up has to be done from your side in case of the return of the product. You may also contact us at support@vestirio.com.

 In the case of an exchange, the product will only be exchanged with a different size and cannot be changed with a different product from Vestirio. In addition, the product returned/exchanged should be in the exact condition as it was sent, along with all the tags. Return/Exchange will not be accepted if the product tags are removed or missing. Please note that a handling fee of ₹200 will be charged for each product for returns.

REFUNDS FOR PREPAID ORDERS

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 3-5 working days once initiated. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY

Once the product reaches us and passes the QC refund will be initiated within 24 hours. You would be required to provide us your bank account no, bank name, and IFSC code. We will refund the amount via NEFT or IMPS or UPI ID within 2 to 5 days.
